Sarah Gharbi is currently Head of Desk for West and Central Africa at the Swedish Red Cross. Before joining the Red Cross, she worked for the consultancy firm Indevelop as an evaluation manager and advisor. She also has extensive experience of working for NGO’s such as Save the Children and Médecins Sans Frontières.
Sarah has professional experience from Mozambique, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Niger, Côte d’Ivoire, Liberia, Papua New Guinea, Malawi, and Kenya. Sarah has a MSc in Development Studies from the University of Göteborg in Sweden.
Expertise areas: evaluation management, qualitative research methodology in resource-scarce settings and behavior change communication in humanitarian settings.
