ABSTRACT
This review summarizes the main aspects of forensic dentistry and its contribution to the identification of disaster victims. In order to do this, ten disasters which have occurred over the last forty years have been studied in which forensic dentistry was used as a method of identification.A bibliographic revision has been carried out on the application of forensic dentistry techniques in disasters. In order to achieve this, Pub Med and Scopus databases have been used as information sources.
